About Us
The Blooming Hands Collective (BHC) is a non-profit farm growing on 1-acre of land in Southeast Boulder. The BHC was founded to build a resilient local food system rooted in sustainable agriculture, education, and food access. After years of experience farming in Boulder County, we envisioned a space where the community could learn more about their food system while engaging in regenerative agricultural practices and gaining access to fresh healthy foods grown locally.
The BHC draws on the collective knowledge and experience of those involved, making its work a true team effort rooted in shared values and a commitment to the local community.

Executive Director
Dani Molin
BHC was founded by Dani Molin, whose background spans both farming and business within the packaged goods industry. Inspired by a desire to build something of her own while giving back to the community, Dani established The BHC with the belief that local agriculture can be a powerful tool for connection, education, and resiliency.
Field & Development Manager
Audrey Pirzadeh
Studying food policy and sustainable agriculture in grad school, Audrey focused on how strategic policy can build resilient food systems for generations. She has farmed in Boulder County since 2023 learning how our food system works from the inside out. She is passionate about food access, environmental health, and building resilient food systems!
Field Crew Member
Inez Byrne
Inez grew up on a multigenerational farm on the east coast of Maine where she raised livestock, milked goats and cows, and eventually took over her family’s creamery.
She made her way out to Colorado where she wanted to get involved in the local farming community. She found the BHC which has allowed her to explore her growing passion of plants and feeding people. She loves eating good food, hard work, and connecting with the community through farming!
